This heavy duty, high quality 40kg standard weight dumbbell package is just what you need to start or continue your fitness journey. With 35kg in cast iron weight plates, and a pair of hard wearing nickel plated 355mm dumbbell handles, you'll have the flexibility to add and remove plates to suit whatever lifts you're considering.

Featuring a classic weight plate style, the included weight plates have the weight in KG embossed on one side and are flat on the other side. Compatible with all 360 Strength Standard bar and dumbbell handles, they have a 30mm centre hole diameter, and a /- 3% weight tolerance.
