We have two of these pieces.  One is in all white and one is in all black.  The Benandanti wolves, if you haven't heard of them already, were your typical men of God.  They were given the ability to shapeshift into white light heaven hounds to fight off the evil creatures of the night that wished to carry off God's children into the darkness.   

Each of these sets of earrings holds the presence of a heaven hound.  You do not gain the abilities of the heaven hound.  Rather, you gain the presence of the heaven hound who will-- quite literally-- consume the evil from your life.  It will stick around, guard your house, and keep you and those who are in your household safe from evil and darkness.  It will even bless your household with wealth and success in all you do, by helping remove obstacles that you might be facing.
